Jennifer works at The Research Institute as an Assessment Coordinator. She provides project management and oversight of the assessment project. She is an anchor assessor in the Environment Rating Scales and provides reliability training to the team.

After 7 years as a Head Start Teacher, Jennifer became an Education Manager in Head Start, spending 10 years overseeing the implementation of education services and being involved in State level systems work, including serving as Chair of the State Interagency Coordinating Council. Jennifer is passionate about the inclusion of children with disabilities, and her career has focused on creating equitable early childhood settings where children of all abilities can succeed.
