I Observe and Assess State Funded Early Childhood programs such as, OPK, PSP, and PFA using the Environment Rating Scale (ERS) and Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS). Provide feedback and written reports that highlight the programs strengths and opportunties for growth.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Child Development
Masters Degree in Education with an emphasis on leading teachers
Professional experience
Prior to employment for The Research Institute at WOU:
13 years as Early Head Start and/or Head Start Teacher.
10 years supervising early childhood programs as an Education Coordinator and/or Site Director for Early Head Start, Head Start, and Community College programs.
