The position coordinates and supports two technical assistance focused teams within Central Coordination. The Liaison Team supports the 15 regional Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) offices. This support includes facilitating communities of practice, delivering professional development, and assisting CCR&R staff in navigating the early childhood system and partners. The Child Care Substitutes of Oregon Team works to recruit substitutes and child care facilities to participate in the program statewide.
