Heather Holmes currently works for pepnet 2, a federally funded grant project sponsored by the US Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs.  Heather serves as part of the core leadership/strategic planning team with pepnet 2. Her responsibilities include developing online training modules, providing technical assistance, and mentoring colleagues.

Her areas of interest include working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing transition aged youth, accessibility, and online learning. Heather has a Master’s of Science degree in Education in Information Technology from Western Oregon University, and a B.A. from Arizona State University.
