Education

As native Minnesotan, I began my chemistry studies at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I continued on, focusing on organometallic chemistry, at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. After graduating I worked in the pharmaceutical industry for several years, first as a chemist in Discovery Research, then in clinical research and development, and finally, in business operations supporting Product Research and Development......before teaching chemistry here at WOU.
