She, Her, Ella , The Research Institute 89429 | fernandezm@wou.edu The Deputy Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion provides Leadership and oversight on all Equity work for The Research Institute.The position develops, implements, and holds The Research Institute staff and projects accountable to its Equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) commitment and goals. This position works with The Research Institute Executive Director, Deputy Director of Operations, Center Directors, and other program staff to ensure that EDI goals are embedded across all projects at TRI. The Deputy Director works to build an inclusive environment and promote equity across the organization.
