Submitting PRC Materials

Faculty have two options for preparing and submitting PRC materials:

Online / Digital Materials

Recommended Option:

Google Drive

Submit your PRC Materials through Google Drive:
User-friendly interface & an auto-generated Table of Contents.

Alternative Option:

You didn't submit via Tk20 in prior years

We are no longer adding new users to the Tk20 submission system. If you haven’t submitted through Tk20 in the past, please use the Google Drive Submission System.

You submitted via Tk20 in prior year(s)

Due to Tk20’s challenging user interface, in AY 2022-23 we will be evaluating replacement options. You are free to use Tk20 to submit again this year, if you did so in the past, but we highly recommend that you use the Google Drive Submission System instead.

  1. Each summer, access is restored for those that submitted that year, so if you submitted during the 2021-22 academic year, your access will be restored before Fall Term 2022 begins.
  2. Any materials you’ve uploaded in the past will still be there. Review and update where necessary, and add any new materials, following the steps on the cheat sheet (updated Aug 2020). You may also wish to review the other training and reference materials on this page, to refresh you memory of how to use the system.
  3. When your materials are ready to be submitted, fill out this form:

Paper / Physical Materials

Alternatively, faculty may submit PRC materials on paper, in a 3-ring binder.

Please check with your Division Chair for information about your division’s expectations for the order of materials and other details about this option.
