Alternative Option:

You have not yet submitted via Tk20

  1. Plan ahead: we recommend getting started a few weeks in advance.
  2. Fill out this form to request access to the system. Please allow at least two business days to receive access.
  3. Review the training and reference materials on this page to learn how to use the system.
  4. Add your materials to Tk20.
  5. When your materials are ready to be submitted, fill out this form:

You submitted via Tk20 in prior year(s)

  1. No need to fill out the form to request access—anyone who submitted in previous years will still have access.
Note: Each summer, access is restored for those that submitted that year, so if you already submitted during the current academic year, your access will be restored before the fall term of the next academic year.
  2. Any materials you’ve uploaded in the past will still be there. Review and update where necessary, and add any new materials, following the steps on the cheat sheet (updated Aug 2020). You may also wish to review the other training and reference materials on this page, to refresh you memory of how to use the system.
  3. When your materials are ready to be submitted, fill out this form:

Paper / Physical Materials

Alternatively, faculty may submit PRC materials on paper, in a 3-ring binder.

Please check with your Division Chair for information about your division’s expectations for the order of materials and other details about this option.
