University Mail Services (The Mailroom)

When it comes to mail, Amanda Bales and her team of exceptional student couriers are the experts. Not only do they manage all incoming and outgoing mail on campus, they are also able to work with you during your design process to ensure that your print job is postage-ready after completion. If you have any questions, check out their website or stop by and visit them in The Welcome Center.

Mail Merges

Mail merges can be extremely useful to set up, but require careful attention to detail. In order to avoid any additional costs or delays, please set up a spreadsheet like the table below:

Name Other Information Street Address City State Zip Zip +4
Wolfie Western Oregon University 345 Monmouth Ave N Monmouth Oregon 97361 1329

Additional mail merge notes:

  • When sending us your spreadsheet, ensure that it is saved as a .xlsx or .csv file
  • The Other Information column is for any information not already listed in the table (Like a company or school name)
  • The extended zip + 4 should be all or nothing. Including it for some entries and not others will cause delays.
