Thank you for your interest in becoming an Exhibitor at the César E. Chávez Leadership Conference

The mission of the César E. Chávez Leadership Conference (CECLC) is to provide information, motivation and opportunity for Latinx and migrant students to gain skills that will help them prepare for the future. CECLC is largest Latinx and migrant high school student leadership conference in the state of Oregon!

What you need to know about being an Exhibitor: 

• The César E. Chávez Leadership Conference will be from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on April 21st, 2023, at Western Oregon University in Monmouth, Oregon.
• The College Fair session will go from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
• The College Fair is a required session for students.
• Colleges are welcome to donate a prize(s) that will be used for the drawing at the end of the conference, with the exception of no candy allowed.

On the Day of the Conference:

• Please check-in at room 108 of the New PE Building prior to setting up your table.
• Check-in and Set-up will be between 10:00–10:50am, so that you can be ready for the first session at 11:00am.
• We expect at least 450 attendees, please make sure you bring enough materials.
