    1. Proposal: Each Member Institution is to have full settlement authority up to their chosen deductible to PURMIT within the policy year the claim falls. Claims should continue to be tracked through Riskmaster and written notification should be sent to PURMIT once a claims’s Total Incurred value reaches 50% of their deductible amount.
