The Judicial Branch of Western Oregon University oversees ASWOU by working to make sure everyone is abiding by the ASWOU By-Laws/Constitution. Their oversight of ASWOU concerns not just all branches, but student clubs and organizations as well. If a student club or organization has violated a policy, the Judicial Branch will determine if any sanctions should be deemed necessary.
The Judicial Administrator, Daniel Woolf, is the head of the Judicial Branch. They oversee the Judicial Board and represent the board at all Executive Cabinet and Senate meetings. They are in charge of facilitating the Judicial Board meetings and do the preparation for the meetings. The Judicial Administrator also monitors ASWOU as a whole to ensure that ASWOU is following their By-Laws/Constitution.
