Brenda is a fourth year, from Woodburn OR. She is double majoring in Public Policy and Administration and Communication Major with a Business Minor. She chose to be ASWOU president to help students and represent students, she strives to help other students and make WOU a place where everyone feels heard and seen.  She is very passionate about advocating for others and students and was the main reason she choice to work on ASWOU.  She wants everyone to know that ASWOU is a resource for all students and that anyone can reach out to us, we represent you!

Fernando is a third year student from Wooburn, Oregon and is majoring in education. He believes that student involvement is essential to fostering a vibrant and engaged campus community. That ASWOU serves as a powerful platform to amplify the voices and opinions of students, ensuring that every student’s perspective is heard and valued. He chose to join ASWOU because it allows him to actively contribute to the WOU community, strengthen our collective impact, and help shape the future of our campus. He strives to create a more inclusive and dynamic environment where every student has a meaningful opportunity to make a difference.

Ava is a second year student from Oregon City, Oregon (Clackamas County). She is majoring in criminal justice and biology with a pre professional focus with a minor in forensic anthropology. She is a firm believer that all students have a voice and right to speak their mind on campus and would like to help foster that for students.

Director of Student Organizations: Maddie Coudriet

Maddie is a fourth year student from Portland, Oregon. She is majoring in psychology with a focus on Pre-Occupational Therapy and is pursuing a Gerontology Certificate. She values students’ opinions and voices and she strives to listen and support students in her position. She wants WOU to be a safe and welcoming place for all students of all backgrounds and walks off life. She got involved with student government to be a voice for students and listen to them. She finds a lot of joy and fulfillment from helping and running the clubs and orgs, seeing everyones passions and clubs and talking to all students. She wants people to know that she is here to listen and be there for students, she values the voices of students and wants to make sure they all feel heard.

Director of Public Relations: Kylee Salinas

Kylee is a fifth year student from California. They are majoring in sociology with a double minor in dance and criminal justice. Kylee is extremely passionate about giving students a voice and making sure that everyone feels heard and is accounted for. They are very involved with dance and art, using it as a huge stress reliever and self expression. Kylee is involved in ASWOU because they think having voices of all perspectives is important and she wants to give those voices to those who may be nervous or worried.

Director of Business and Finance: Lukas Dyer

Lukas is a second year accounting student from Dallas, Oregon. Being an accounting major they are super passionate about math and are involved in Math Club as well as being on ASWOU. He is a strong believer in making safe places and environments for all students on campus and enjoys being involved with students and activities. He joined ASWOU because he enjoyed being in a position to provide club support and wanted to be more involved with clubs around campus. He has seen that campus organizations are a great place to foster interests and relationships, and wants to see them at their fullest potential and help foster that.
