A form called an ‘Individualized Course Form’ is used to register for internship credits. I am the one who originates the form once the student and I have agreed on instructions. When the Department Chair and the Dean approves the application, the Registrar’s office will e-mail a CRN to the student to use to register for the course online. Watch for the e-mail from the Registrar’s office.
