DJ with KWOU!

The KWOU Radio Room is open for jammin’!

Located in the Terry House on the Western campus, the KWOU Radio Room allows you to write, produce and broadcast your own live radio show. It’s packed with professional equipment, and to top it off, music licensing and fees are on us – so you can play anything you’d like for free. Share your music taste and personality with the world, live on air!

Reserving the Radio Room

1. Review the following documents:

b) GUIDELINES
c) ACCOMODATIONS

2. Visit our Google Calendar page to schedule a day and time to reserve the Radio Room. 

3. Fill out our interest form on Involve.

Western Oregon University’s Land Acknowledgement
Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR is located within the traditional homelands of the Luckiamute Band of Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855 (Kalapuya etc. Treaty), Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations in Western Oregon. Today, living descendants of these people are a part of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians.
