I’m sure most scientists say this, but…I have diverse research interests. My undergraduate research was on insect ecology and my PhD and postdoc research was on invertebrate nervous systems. Since arriving at WOU, I have had three areas of research:

1. Animal behavior and physiology
2. Snail and slug gut microbiota
3. Science education research
