Western Oregon Universities SafeZone Invites you to join us for our 2nd Annual GSA Day!

SafeZone’s GSA Day is a conference day for high school students and their advisors to connect with other GSA groups from around Oregon, learn about LGBTQ+ life at WOU, and gain resources and information on to succeed after high school. We welcome students at any point in their high school careers to visit our campus, connect with students from around the state, learn about LGBTQ+ collegiate life from our current students, and gain information and resources to be successful as future student leaders.

GSA Day will be Friday May 15th from 3:00 to 5:00pm.

This year our event is moving to a virtual format. The first hour will be a student panel with five WOU students who will answer questions and discuss their experience being a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. The second hour will be virtual games and time to socialize with other high schoolers and WOU students and faculty.

To participate in the event, please fill out the following registration form, which helps us to better tailor the event to your needs.

The panel and social hour will be held via a moderated Zoom meeting. A link will be sent out to all people registered for the event.

We hope you are well during this time of uncertainty, and we look forward to meeting you on May 15!

GSA Day will be held in person on WOUs campus in the 2020-2021 school year and we hope to see you there!
