Dr. Ibaraki is an Assistant Professor of Psychological Sciences at Western Oregon University.
She received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Oregon in 2017 and completed an APA accredited internship at the Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center. She is fellow of the American Psychological Association’s Minority Fellowship Program.
