The editors
I’m Elizabeth Brookbank. I am an Instruction Librarian and Associate Professor at Western Oregon University in the US where I teach information literacy to undergraduate students and serve as the liaison to the Humanities division. I co-authored the MLA Guide to Undergraduate Research in Literature. I have also published articles in Reference & User Services Quarterly, the Journal of Electronic Resources Librarianship, and contributed a chapter to the edited volume The Slow Book Revolution: Creating a New Culture of Reading on College Campuses and Beyond. I’m Jess Haigh. I’m an Academic Librarian at Leeds Beckett University, and previously I was a Subject Librarian at the University of Huddersfield in the UK. I’ve written book reviews for the Journal of Radical Librarianship, the Journal of Information Literacy and CILIP’s Information Professional, and I had a chapter published in Disciplinary Applications of Information Literacy Threshold Concepts. I am interested in critical pedagogies and I love teaching adults and supporting research.
