Well, it hasn’t been the best year. Or the easiest. Or… well, you’ve all been here you know. My students and I kicked Spring Term in the TEETH and we keep on kicking. I mean, we’re super tired but we’re still healthy and that’s a plus. Our workload for processing outgoing mail increased from hundreds to thousands of packages and you know how I know we did awesome? You want to know the method by which I can quantify how well we did our job?
Hardly anyone noticed.
