The popular fast-food chain was holding a special giveaway of its much sought-after Szechuan dipping sauce to tie-in with the adult cartoon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">20-year-old Western student Hunter Bryant had been waiting in line all day for the sweet sauce packet, but was disappointed to find that stock had run out by the time he had reached the front counter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThey were all out,\u201d a bystander told us. \u201cSo many people came for a chance to get the sauce, but there wasn\u2019t enough for everyone.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI could instantly tell he was one of the crazy ones,\u201d McDonald\u2019s manager Tyler Blankenship said, \u201cHe had on a Rick and Morty t-shirt, Rick and Morty cap and various rage face stickers on the back of his phone \u2013 which had been playing \u2018Get Schwifty\u2019 all day.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThey told him they were out and he just, like, lost it,\u201d added the bystander. \u201cHe jumped on the counter and just started yelling \u2018ffffffuuuu! Gimme my Szechuan sauce! I want my sauce!\u2019 You know, just like, crazy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Blankenship continued, \u201cHe pulled his shirt off and started writhing on the ground, shrieking \u2018I\u2019m Pickle Rick! I\u2019m Pickle Rick, gimme my sauce! Wubba lubba dub dub!\u2019\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">What happened next was a shock to everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cIt\u2019s called a Meme Singularity,\u201d we were told by internet scientist Tim Cailiau. \u201cIt\u2019s a pure mass of referential matter and image macros condensed down to a single, perfect particle that absorbs pure pop culture. This pulsating particle is denser than any other object in the known universe. It\u2019s actually quite dangerous; we will probably all die under its unstoppable power.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">McDonald\u2019s customers looked on as Bryant ascended to a new state of internet humor in an explosion of brilliant, white light.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cWe\u2019ve theorized about Meme Singularities for years,\u201d Cailiau continued. \u201cBut never did we think such a beautiful and rare phenomenon could happen right here on Earth.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Scientists are excited to study the new, perfect lifeform as it expands and contracts \u2013 absorbing all the most current references it can gather.
