Often the residence halls do not have access to a kitchen, only access to microwaves. Mix it all together and place in the microwave for 2\u20133 minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Remove from the microwave and add in the milk, cheese and pepper. Mix again and microwave for another 30 seconds. Add one tablespoon of water. Stir well with a fork.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Season eggs with salt and pepper. Add in desired fillings. Place on a plate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Cook in the microwave for five minutes. Turn over and continue to cook for five more minutes. When the potato is soft, remove from the microwave and cut in half lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper, and mash up the inside a little using a fork. Top the open sides with butter and two tablespoons of cheese. Place a small plate over the top of the bowl and microwave for 6\u20138 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Stir once done, and add in the frozen peas and carrots. In a separate mug, whisk two eggs and salt together. Place both the bowl and mug into the microwave for 1 minute.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Break up the cooked eggs by stirring with a fork and add to the bowl.
