25, 2019: Budget proposal workshops on UBAC process]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">UBAC members discuss the proposal process for this year, specifically Phase I proposals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">[endsection]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">[section=January 13, 2020: Phase I proposals due 5pm]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Anyone can submit a proposal for an idea aligned to the President&#8217;s budgetary priorities:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>making WOU a Hispanic Serving Institution<\/li>\n<li>growing enrollment (i.e., attracting new students);<\/li>\n<li>improving retention (i.e., keeping the students we already have); and<\/li>\n<li>making WOU the most affordable public university in Oregon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The link to submit proposals can be found on your <a href=\"https:\/\/wou.edu\/portal\/\">portal page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">[endsection]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">[section=January &#8211;
