Dance Minor 25 credits<\/b><\/p>\n

The Dance Minor at Western Oregon University offers students opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, understanding, and appreciation of dance as an art form that can enrich and inform the quality of life. The Dance Minor includes academic courses, performance opportunities and choreographic experiences geared for an undergraduate student who may be majoring in another discipline but wants to pursue their interest and passion for dance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Learning Outcomes<\/span><\/p>\n

    Dance Minor<\/h1>\r\nThe Theatre\/Dance Department provides Dancers the chance to participate in three main stage theatre productions per year, one main stage dance production, various studio and student-directed productions, a summer theatre production, and a musical every other year.\u00a0 The Dance Program provides you the opportunity to develop creative, technical, pedagogical, and performance skills under the guidance of professional faculty in a supportive environment.\r\n\r\n \r\n
