Most Western Oregon University Employees are Responsible Employees<\/em><\/strong>, which means they must report<\/strong> any incident of sexual misconduct and sexual harassment to the office of Diversity, Equity, and Inculsion, which includes WOU’s Title IX Coordinator.\u00a0 However, the professional staff in two offices are Privileged<\/em><\/strong>, and thus not considered Responsible Employees and can maintain confidentiality<\/strong> regarding incidents of sexual misconduct and sexual harassment.\u00a0 These offices are as follows:<\/p>\n There are also a number of Confidential Resources off campus which can also assist students who have experienced sexual violence.\u00a0 These include:<\/p>\nConfidential Community Resources<\/span><\/h3>\n
