2020 Fall Orientation Scheduling

Welcome to Western Oregon University’s Fall Orientation! We are excited to offer you eight weeks of content that will help get you ready for your new adventure at Western Oregon University!

The way it works: All of our content will be linked or hosted on the WOU Network. If you haven’t set up your WOU Network profile yet, please check your admission email for your personalized link. Each week we will have a mix of asynchronous sessions (videos, discussions boards, etc) that you can do on your own time and synchronous sessions (trivia, orientations, meetups, etc.) You will also meet with your Orientation Group each week to debrief any mandatory sessions, play virtual games with your peers, and ask any questions you may have. Our goal is to have you ease into your life at WOU and have access to these resources throughout your first term.

Along the way, you will collect points for interacting with content, and those with the most points will win weekly prize giveaways! We will also have big prizes for the students with the top three most overall points by the end of Fall Orientation! Leaders will be announced weekly over Plus Team social media.
