Family Care Package Order Form Order Care Packages for Virtual Family Weekend 2021! Step 1 of 7 14% WOU Family Care Package Order FormThank you for ordering a WOU Family Care Package as part of our virtual Family Weekend! Please read through instructions and options carefully. Care packages are limited to one per family per student (maximum two per student with multiple households/families). You can only order one care package at a time. If you need to order more than one care package (if you are a student with multiple families/households or a family member with multiple students), submit a separate form for each care package you are ordering. WOU students OR a family member can fill out this form. You will need shipping and payment info to submit your response. You may add additional t-shirts to your order for $10.00 each.
