Why register a child with the Oregon DeafBlind Project?
The Oregon DeafBlind Project provides technical assistance, training, and information to families and service providers at no cost to enhance services for children in Oregon who are DeafBlind from birth through age 21 years.
In order to receive technical assistance a child should be registered with the project. A Child Registry form must be submitted to the Oregon DeafBlind Project’s director. This will officially register the child with the project. Once the form has been submitted, a family, district team, or other service-provider can request technical assistance. Please note that requests for service are honored on a first-come-first-served basis.
