What: <\/strong>The one-day seminar will provide training on effective environmental policy advocacy during the 2024 Session of the Oregon Legislative Assembly and is designed for advocates new to the legislative process and a tune-up for current environmental policy advocacy professionals. Attendees will learn from seasoned advocates and political science academics on how environmental organizations can prepare for effective legislative advocacy in the upcoming legislative session.<\/p>\n

When: <\/strong>Thursday, August 24, 2023, 9:00-4:00<\/p>\n

Where: <\/strong>Travel Salem Conference Room – 630 Center St. NE, Salem, Oregon 97301<\/p>\n

Cost<\/strong>: $25 in-person per participant (includes materials, parking and light refreshments).
