PLUS Team

The department of New Student and Family Programs hires approximately 25 students each year to be part of WOU’s new student orientation PLUS Team (Peer Leaders Understand Students). These student leaders assist incoming students during Summer Orientation, Advising, and Registration (SOAR), Destination Western, and New Student Week events. PLUS Team members help students become excited about their transition to college and make meaningful connections with their classmates!
