Remember we are looking for an innovative project, not just a research paper<\/li>\n<li>The description of the project and the application must be submitted by midnight on December 12, 2025. You may submit it electronically to <a href=\"mailto:schecks@wou.edu\">schecks@wou.edu<\/a>.<a href=\"mailto:thomasda@wou.edu\"><\/a><\/li>\n<li>The Intent to Participate Form should be submitted via email to: Dr. Stephen Scheck at <a href=\"mailto:schecks@wou.edu\">schecks@wou.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Step 2: Work on your project<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Step 3: Final Analysis<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>At the conclusion of the project, each individual (or team) should write or create a formal analysis of the project.<\/li>\n<li>The analysis must be submitted by midnight, April 19, 2026.
