Step 1<\/span><\/strong><\/span> Hover over “Forms” in the left navigation of WordPress and select “New Form”.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2<\/span><\/strong><\/span> Add a “Form Title” to your form.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3<\/span><\/strong><\/span> Drag and drop any of the fields you would like to add to the form. Once you are done click on the “Advanced Fields” dropdown.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 4<\/span><\/strong><\/span> Drag the “CAPTCHA” field to the bottom of your form right above the Submit button and then save your form.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 5<\/span><\/strong><\/span> Select the “Notifications” from the “Settings” tab at the top.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 6<\/span><\/strong><\/span> Click on “Edit” for the Admin Notification.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 7<\/span><\/strong><\/span> Change the “Send To Email” field to whatever email address you would like to be notified when this form is submitted.<\/span><\/p>\n
