Chaperone Expectations and Information<\/strong><\/p>\n We’d like to thank all the school districts and volunteers that make the continued success of our events possible. We ask you to adhere to the guidelines listed below in order to ensure that you will be safe and benefit from the day.<\/p>\n 1. All students must be transported to and from the conference on school district transportation Please note: Students who fail to adhere to any of these rules to leave the conference immediately. 7. Address cell phone misuse immediately. Please remind students to use cell phones appropriately, and not during presentations (except for taking pictures, if permission is granted by the presenter)
8. Remain with students at all times during the conference. This includes opening and closing remarks, during sessions or in the lobby of various buildings.
9. Monitor students during the entirety of the conference<\/p>\n

3. All students must remain on the University campus with their chaperone at all times
