Comments: A curriculum proposal is not the appropriate vehicle for updating a Department name. If this proposal was processed as written the name of the major would change from "Communication Studies, B.A." to "Department of Communication, B.A.". Based on the Summary/Rationale the actual intention appears to be to change the Department name. Accordingly, this proposal is disapproved.
