Full-time employees who began work on or before November 15, 2024, are eligible for a \u201cSpecial Day\u201d of paid leave each fiscal year. Part-time employees will receive this leave on a prorated basis, calculated according to their normal work schedule.<\/p>\n

\u201cSpecial Day\u201d paid leave becomes available July 1 and may be used on any mutually agreeable day between July 1 and June 30 of the fiscal year in which it is granted. Any unused leave will be forfeited and is not eligible for payout or carryover.<\/p>\n
