The Student Health and Counseling Center (SHCC) offers flu shots and immunizations to our students.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Various counseling groups are offered each term. Students will get an email notification on any groups being offered.<\/span><\/p>\n If you would like to request disability related accommodations to participate in a WOU\/SHCC activity, please notify Disability Services (ODS) at 503-838-8250 or ods@wou.edu<\/a> at least three (3) business days in advance. COVID Testing Info:<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n
<\/ul>\r\nThe Student Health and Counseling Center (SHCC) is now offering COVID-19 testing to our students. If you are seeking testing, please note the following procedure:\r\n\r\nYou must first be triaged via phone by one of our medical providers. Call the SHCC at 503-838-8313 to begin this process and find out if you meet current criteria for testing. If a medical provider determines you do, you will be directed to a private area in the parking lot behind the SHCC for specimen collection. This is being done OUTSIDE of the building to further prevent exposure to others so please do not enter the SHCC building.\r\n\r\nIf you have insurance, we suggest you contact your insurance company to determine whether they will cover the cost of the test. Here is a\u00a0webpage with more information<\/a>. If you are uninsured, there may be a cost of $95 billed to you by Quest, the laboratory we utilize.\r\n\r\nIn this time of uncertainty, please don\u2019t hesitate to reach out to us with questions about testing, COVID-19, or any other medical, mental health, or general health concerns.\r\n\r\nBe well!\r\n
