They\u00a0have more energy, and also\u00a0may\u00a0reduce their blood pressure, anxiety symptoms, and reduce their\u00a0chance of acquiring a chronic disease, such as diabetes, stroke\u00a0or heart disease. Every student taking more than six (6) on-campus credits, pays to use the Health &amp; Wellness Center, you might as well utilize it!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/wou.edu\/campusrec\/programs\/fitness\/\">Fitness Classes:<\/a> Not only can a student participate in individual workouts,\u00a0you\u00a0can also take part in free fitness\u00a0classes like cycling, yoga, pilates, aqua Zumba, and others depending on the term.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/wou.edu\/campusrec\/programs\/outdoor\/\">Outdoor Trips:<\/a> Join a group of people to go on a hike or visit a place that you&#8217;ve never been! Trip costs are minimal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.imleagues.com\/spa\/intramural\/fafcee191f29416782250701dc6ca028\/home\">Intramural Sports:<\/a> Intramural sports are a great way for you to get active in a competitive and fun environment. Build friendships with teammates while you work towards championships! There are a variety of sports that are offered each term.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wouwolves.com\/\">Athletics:<\/a> <span>If you played a varsity sport in high school, you may be eligible to join an official Division 2 athletic team!
