Western Oregon University has five dedicated Wellness and Meditation spaces open to all students, staff, faculty, and visitors of WOU during open hours. These spaces are designed to practice stress reduction and care in the course of a busy day. Examples of uses include basic calming through mindfulness, relaxation exercises, prayer, meditation, engagement in lactation and other wellness activities.<\/p>\n
