What is the Tuition and Fees for Free Program?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\nTuition and Fees for Free covers standard tuition and mandatory fees for 12 to 16 credits per term for first-year Oregon residents who meet all academic and financial aid requirements. Initial awards will be based on 12 credits per term and will be adjusted as needed after the census date each term. Tuition and Fees for Free is available to the standard academic terms fall, winter, and spring. Tuition and Fees for Free is not available for summer term.<\/p>\n\n
