WOU General Scholarship<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Get access to nearly 200 scholarships through one application through your Scholarship Icon in your WOU Portal. Both incoming and current students should apply every year. These scholarships tend to be non-renewable and require you to apply every year. Deadline is March 1st for the upcoming academic year.<\/span><\/p>\n

TheDream.US Scholarship<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n

WOU has partnered with TheDream.US to offer scholarships for DACA, DREAMers, TPS, and\/or Undocumented students. The National Scholarship is intended for Oregon residents who have graduated high school, community college, or are current college students.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

ECMC Scholars Program<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n

By reaching students early in high school, the ECMC Scholars Program gives students the skills and resources to realize their college goals. Developed for students in Oregon, Virginia and Connecticut.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tuition and Fees for Free<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Tuition and Fees for Free is a legacy program offered only to current students who meet the renewal requirements. It covers standard tuition and mandatory fees for 12 to 16 credits per term for first-year Oregon residents who meet all academic and financial aid requirements after other gift aid has been applied. Initial awards will be based on 12 credits per term and will be adjusted as needed after the census date each term. Tuition and Fees for Free is available to the standard academic terms fall, winter, and spring. Tuition and Fees for Free is not available for summer term.<\/span><\/p>\n

Most WOU scholarships open up November 1st and have a deadline of March 1st. Some departmental scholarships have a deadline of May 1st. Therefore, you want to make sure you are aware of important dates for specific scholarships.\u00a0<\/p>\n
