Committee Charge<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The University Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee (UDIAC) is an advisory committee charged with receiving, developing, and submitting recommendations related to diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion across Western Oregon University (WOU) and aligned with the strategic plan:\u00a0<\/span>Education. Innovation. Community<\/span><\/i>. As an institution of higher education, WOU recognizes the benefits of building and sustaining an equitable and inclusive community, and UDIAC provides recommendations to advance this work.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
