Students who received both loans <strong>must complete exit counseling for both<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n<h2>Financial Considerations That Will Delay\u00a0Your Diploma:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Students who received a Perkins Loan but did not complete\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wou.edu\/finaid\/paying-for-college\/manage-your-federal-student-loans\/#ffs-tabbed-12\"><span>exit loan counseling<\/span><\/a>\u00a0or that are delinquent on their Perkins loan payments.<\/li>\n<li>Students who owe money to the university will have a hold placed on their transcripts and their diploma until the debt is paid.
