District representatives (Area Reps) are responsible for confirming which of their high schools will be attending. Participating high schools agree to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Abide by conference rules, provide chaperones, and review student expectations with attendees.<\/li>\n<li>Meet all conference deadlines \u2013 registration, student contests, and payment<\/li>\n<li>Pay $35 registration fee for students and staff attending \u2013 provide required invoicing information.<\/li>\n<li>To confirm whether your high school is attending, contact us at leadershipconference@wou.edu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>What is the conference fee to participate?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>There is a fee of $35 per conference participant. Participating schools and districts are billed directly and provided with an invoice once participants have been confirmed via conference registration. The fee covers: lunch, conference t-shirt, backpack, lanyard, and program materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Where is the Conference?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The conference will be hosted at Western Oregon University campus located in Monmouth, OR.<\/li>\n<li>It will be held primarily in the Wolves Athletic Center (WAC) &#8211; Formally New Physical Education.<\/li>\n<li>Find our campus map with <a href=\"https:\/\/wou.edu\/leadership-conference\/resources\/campus-map\/\">Here<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What time does the conference start?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in begins at 7:30 am &amp; the program starts at 8:30am<\/li>\n<li>View the list of our schedule online at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wou.edu\/ceclc\">Leadership Conference<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Bus Information<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Buses will be able to drive down Church St. W. to drop off students in front of the Wolves Athletic Center (WAC) &#8211; Formally New Physical Education. Parking Will be on Lot G on the corner of Church St. W. and Stadium Dr. N.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Can my students attend any of the workshops?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The workshops will have a set group numbers pre-designated with your students.
