Participants may enter the classroom 10 minutes before the scheduled class time and may be allowed access after the start of class, depending on the format. Participants may not save bikes, equipment, or spots for others.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each class lasts 40-50 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Registration is not required. If we reach capacity in the class, we will adjust to a registration-required format<\/li>\n<li>Classes allow up to 20-25 participants per class, but maybe fewer depending on the format (ex. Our philosophy is to always reward with praise and positive reinforcement for a job well done. Participants are never forced to perform. Progression is at an individual\u00b4s pace.\n\n<span class=\"sub_head_1\">[section=<span style=\"color: #db0a29\">Class Policies<\/span>]<\/span>\n\nAll fitness class participants must obtain a fitness card up to 30 minutes in advance at the front desk to participate. The fitness card is your entrance into that class. Participants may enter the classroom 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class time and up to a maximum of 5 minutes after the start of class. Participants may not save bikes, equipment, or spots for others.\n<ul>\n \t<li>Each class lasts 45-50 minutes<\/li>\n \t<li>Classes allow up to 25 participants per class but maybe less depending on the format. (ex. SUP classes are limited to 6 participants)<\/li>\n \t<li>Access to classes is closed 5 minutes after class begins<\/li>\n \t<li>Classes may be combined to accommodate instructors\/formats<\/li>\n \t<li>The class format may be changed if needed due to instructor alterations<\/li>\n \t<li>Rubber-soled, non-marking athletic, jogging or running shoes must be worn in ALL group fitness classes with the exception of yoga, tai-chi or Pilates-based classes, in which bare feet are permitted during class time only.<\/li>\n \t<li>For the safety of all members, please keep conversation to a minimum.<\/li>\n \t<li>All personal items should be kept in provided cubbies.<\/li>\n \t<li>Equipment provided for the class (resistance bands, weights, jump ropes, etc.) may not be taken out of the room.<\/li>\n \t<li>Members are asked to return all equipment to its proper location at the end of class.<\/li>\n \t<li>For your safety, leaving group exercise classes before cooling down is strongly discouraged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"color: #db0a29\" class=\"sub_head_1\">Spinning class participants<\/span>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Are encouraged to bring a towel and a water bottle to class.<\/li>\n \t<li>Are not permitted to wear excessively baggy pants and long skirts.<\/li>\n \t<li>Are asked to clean off spinning bikes before leaving class.<\/li>\n \t<li>May wear spinning shoes only in the multi-purpose room;
