Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the course of study that you choose to pursue and the specific courses for which you enroll. More information on fees can be found in our <a title=\" WOU Special Course Fees PDF\" href=\"https:\/\/wou.edu\/business\/tuition-fees\/special-course-and-general-service-fees\/\" target=\"_top\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Course and General Service Fees Document<\/a> (PDF download.)<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"bold_text\">IMPORTANT:<\/span><\/strong> If you are a current WOU student, access your <a href=\"https:\/\/wou.edu\/portal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">WOU Portal<\/a> online approximately 2 \u2013 3 weeks before the beginning of the term for a precise tuition and fee assessment based upon your specific academic program, student level, course level, and actual course and credit enrollment. This tool provides an <span class=\"bold_text\">estimate<\/span> for both traditional \u201cface-to-face\u201d and online credits.<\/p>\n<p><i><b>PLEASE NOTE:<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Accounting and Business Services (ABS) does not send bills to parents\/guardians or communicate with parents\/guardians directly.<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>Students are responsible for their WOU charges, and any financial information must be passed from student to parent\/guardian.<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>ABS employees may talk with parents\/guardians only after the student has completed a Release of Confidential Information (FERPA) form each academic year. The FERPA form can be found in the Business Services Channel in the student&#8217;s WOU Portal.
