She also oversees organizational strategy deployment, risk management, quality, safety and education programs. Leah has been with Salem Health for 15 years in a variety of nursing and leadership positions. Prior to moving to Oregon, Leah worked as a leader for a cardiac medical group in Texas. She is a Registered Nurse with a background in cardiovascular and intensive care nursing. Leah is also a certified pilot and flight instructor and was a secondary education teacher for several years.
