Consider joining our volunteer network!\u00a0 We frequently need volunteers to help us be successful and there are many ways to get involved. Volunteering opportunities include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentoring\/meeting with students\/recent graduates<\/li>\n<li>Attending events to help with registration, setup, cleanup, outreach, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting with alumni in your region and helping run events\/activities<\/li>\n<li>Helping with mailings\/invitations<\/li>\n<li>Much more!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If volunteering interests you and you want to learn more about opportunities, fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/wou.edu\/alumni\/files\/2015\/01\/Volunteer-form.pdf\">Volunteer form<\/a> and return it to the alumni office: The Cottage 345 N. Monmouth Ave. Monmouth, OR 97361<\/p>\n<h2>Alumni Regional Volunteer Networks<\/h2>\n<p>We love our alumni and want to host events in regions where our alumni populations are large.\u00a0 To do this, we need dedicated volunteers in those regions to help us put on great alumni events. Our regional volunteers would help us by being onsite during alumni events in their area, recruiting alumni in their area to join their networks, be points of contact for the alumni office and more.\u00a0 Areas we are looking for volunteers include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eugene, OR<\/li>\n<li>Seattle, WA<\/li>\n<li>Portland, OR<\/li>\n<li>Central Oregon<\/li>\n<li>Bay area California<\/li>\n<li>Southern California<\/li>\n<li>Hawaiian islands<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you live in these regions and you&#8217;d like to partner with us to host alumni events, please contact the WOU Foundation at <span>503-838-8281<\/span> or via email at <span>foundation@wou.edu<\/span>.
