Military Absence Notification Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the case of military service that will keep a student from attending class, the Military Absence Notification form allows the Veterans Resource Center to relay the information to faculty members in a timely manner.<\/p>\n

Students:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please fill out and submit the form below. Once submitted, all listed faculty members will be notified of your absence. Please note that you are responsible for communicating with your faculty members to determine how you may make up any work missed during your absence. Any decisions regarding make up work are up to your faculty member. <\/strong><\/p>\n

For any absences not related to military service, please connect with your individual faculty for any questions around absence and late work policies.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
