These accommodations are made pursuant to Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), as amended (including the ADA Amendments Act of 2008), and Oregon state nondiscrimination law.<\/p>\n<p>WOU&#8217;s DAS (Disability Access Services) reviews documentation and grants reasonable accommodations in accordance with these laws, subject to considerations such as undue burden or fundamental alteration of university programs.<\/p>\n<p>Under these laws, students with a documented disability have a right to recieve resonable accommodations.
