The Education Evaluation Center (EEC) was created by Oregon's Education superintendent in 1962 to address the needs of Oregon's individuals with disabilities. For almost 50 years, the EEC has offered quality, comprehensive assessment services to individuals age three through adult. The EEC specializes in assessing an individual's disability as well as his or her functional skills, strengths, weaknesses, and capacities. Our team follows a collaborative approach throughout the evaluation and treatment recommendation process. Recommendations and accommodations are made across multiple settings including home, school, college, work, and community. All EEC team members are nationally and/or state certified with significant experience in the field of special education. Our team is also experienced in providing assessment, consultation, graduate coursework, and in-service training.
