The mission of the WOLF Ride: WOU's Safe Ride program is to provide a free and reliable shuttle service to students of Western Oregon University who would otherwise walk alone at night and risk their safety or possible assault. WOLF Ride will provide a safer environment for all students by increasing public awareness of our services and the dangers of assault.
Announcements: No service available: May 25, 26, & 27, 2013. Last evening of service is Friday, June 14, 2013.
Have you found a ride out of Monmouth for Summer Break? See the dates and details on the WOLF Ride request form. There is a $10 fee for rides to Salem on June 12, 13, or 14..
The WOLF Ride program is operated by the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. Students can call 503.428.7238 at any time to request a ride between the hours of 5:00pm and 12:00am, Monday through Sunday. If you call prior to operating hours or the driver cannot take your call, please leave a message on the voicemail stating the following:
Location and destination at which you would like to be picked up/dropped off The time you would like to be picked up Your student V number A number at which you can be reached (the driver will call to confirm your ride upon receipt of the message) If you have questions regarding the WOLF Ride program (no ride requests), please call the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs at 503.838.8221.
